Development 2000, D2000, has a unique approach to asset management. We have developed an internal Asset Management Team (AMT). The AMT is made up of individuals within the D2000 staff, each bringing their own experience and expertise. The D2000 real estate AMT has the responsibility of maximizing the the performance and value of the company's portfolio of real estate assets that are owned and/or managed through acquisitions, or dispositions. They are responsible for formulation and implementing a long-range real estate management strategy. Our asset management approach combines strategic planning with tactical, property level business planning and implementation. The team develops and executes proactive asset management strategies in order to manage risk, maximize investment performance, disposition, and enhance long term asset values. The D2000 asset management approach includes various disciplines involved in managing real property assets from the time of investment through the time of disposition. Our AMT oversees and coordiantes all of the following activities:
